As my partner and I delved into the epicurean offerings of Flemish Brasserie l'Estaminet Gantois and the exquisite restaurant le H, we found ourselves immersed in a symphony of flavors that whisked us away on a global odyssey, each dish a testament to the chef's artistry.One evening, ensconced under the captivating glass ceiling of the Hermitage Gantois Bar, we indulged in a cocktail tasting experience set against a backdrop of ever-evolving musical notes.
